How quickly can you respond to a breakdown?
We aim to respond to breakdowns within 60 - 90 minutes. However these times may vary depending on traffic conditions and other factors.
What do I do if I breakdown?
Go Left! If safe to do so, leave at the next junction. If this isn't possible then go left and stop on the hard shoulder or an Emergency Area. Get out the car via the passenger door and stand behind the safety barrier, staying away from the carriageway. If you are safely off the carriageway give our 24/7 control room a call and we can get one of our team to your location.
My vehicles in storage, what do I need to do?
If we have your vehicle following a RTC it will be in our safe storage facility. If we need anything from you, one of our friendly team will be in touch with you. If you have any questions or are looking to collect items left in the vehicle please give us a call and we can assist.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers as forms of payment for our services.
