I finished up in a field after aquaplaning off the road. Car a write off but I didn't have a scratch. After phoning the police and my 'recovery' provider, I was told neither could help. There I was, stuck in a US car in a field in the middle of nowhere, realising I was on my own.
Tap Tap on the window. It was James from 'Adept'. He made sure I was well. He assured me he'd take care of everything and took me home!
He and Gemma bent over backwards to help, with courtesy and kindness. I couldn't ask for more, they were brilliant.
Highly recommend! Put me at ease whilst recovering my car, great communication and super fast service!

My car broke down at the side of the road (no petrol) at a really busy junction - I was panicking as this has never happened to me before and two lovely blokes from Adept pulled up and helped me! They got my car to a safe space so it was out of the way and advised me on what to do next! Thank you!
I just wanted to say a big thank you to Adept Recovery, in particular James, for the amazingly quick service that he provided for my transport company last week.
